We showed up to Greening Up the Mountains knowing the weather was not exactly ideal. It rained. Then it rained more. At one point, we just accepted that this was going to be the theme of the day.

And honestly, it did not matter.

The turnout was incredible. People came out anyway, umbrellas in hand, ready to walk, explore, and support local vendors. We had a steady line at Tabletop Elixirs, and what stood out most was not just the drinks, but the conversations. Board games, hobbies, favorite mechanics, and a lot of shared laughs. That is exactly what we hoped this would become. Seeing someone take their first sip and immediately light up never gets old. That reaction alone made the entire day worth it.

Now, we need to talk about one specific drink.
The Alchemist Token. Mojito Mint. Lime. Lemonade. I argued against it. Strongly. I was convinced mint had no business being anywhere near lemonade. I made my case. I stood firm.

And I was completely wrong. (There. It’s documented. Let’s not get a swelled head about it, mmmkay?)

It ended up being one of our biggest hits of the day. So yes, my wife was right. That has now been officially recorded for the public record. More importantly, we want to thank every single person who stopped by. Whether you grabbed a drink, talked games with us, or just checked out what we are building, you made a rainy day feel like something much bigger and special.

We also want to thank the organizers of Greening Up the Mountains for putting together such a great event and giving small businesses like ours the chance to be part of it. Rain and all, it was a fantastic experience.

This was our first event, and if this is any indication of what is ahead, we are excited for what comes next.

Roll up, Drink up, Power up!
